Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nIntern-Dose formulation\nLabCorp is seeking an Intern-Dose formulation to join our team at in Shanghai, China\nInternship Details:\nDuration: above 30 weeks, full-time/Onsite\nDates of Internship: Oct 2026 - Jun 2027\nCompensation: Paid internship\nEligibility: Final-year students who are expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred.\nHowever, students at all academic levels who are pursuing relevant fields of study are encouraged to apply.\nAbout Team:\nAs a LabCorp dose formulation intern, you will have the opportunity to support meaningful and different studies. In addition to department work, we support your professional development and career exploration through program workshops, leadership speakers, employee resource group introductions, new hire panel discussions and small group ‘coffee chats’.\nYou will learn about the various assays and their applications which are essential for pre-clinical applications which have facilitated the discovery of new diagnostics and treatments to manage a wide array of diseases.\nStudents will gain real-world experience working as part of a drug development team in the laboratory.\nUnderstands quality control testing, instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.\nThe intern will be exposed to pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical aspects of the department workflow and the applications.\nInstruction and mentorship will be provided.\nAt the end of training, the student will do a presentation to fulfill his/her understanding in the project assignment.\nInternship Assignment Summary:\nThis program will provide students with valuable hands-on experience and students will gain experience working in the laboratory of a drug development company.\nAttend laboratory modules linked to quality control management, pipetting skills and the various informatics labware.\nEngage in professional development workshops to enhance your soft skills and professional presence.\nGood Laboratory Practice.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrent enrollment in a Medicine, Biology, Chemistry Bachelor's degree program.\n3 months or more experience using computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAble to organize data and documents effectively.\nAdditional Job Standards:\nGood organization and multitasking ability.\nAble to communicate effectively with excellent verbal/written communication skills.\nExceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.\nCreative and self-motivated individuals who work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
