Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.\nWORK SCHEDULE\nThis is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.\nJob Responsibilities:\nLocal Client facing IT Field Technician performs new installations, break/swap service to include: Install and troubleshoot HP Win11 Enterprise computers, HP monitors, HP laser printers, Symbol barcode scanners, Dymo and Monarch label printers to name a few. We do not troubleshoot to component level.\nCalling clients (internal and external); scheduling new installs, service calls and software trainings.\nCommunicating (phone, email, text, Webex...) with Clients, Sales, Phlebotomy, Warehouse, Network Operations, Vendors, etc.\nInstalling and troubleshooting preconfigured Cisco networking devices: Meraki VPN, WAPs, and patch panels to name a few. We do not run cabling.\nResponsible for ordering, maintaining local I.T. hardware inventory and RMA of devices.\nConnect/install/troubleshoot internet sources: ATT Nighthawks, Verizon Dragons, Cisco MG41/51 and Broadband modems.\nInstall proprietary software, schedule onsite installations with Clients.\nConfigure / troubleshoot proprietary software, train clients onsite and by Hosting Webex training sessions.\nOur clients are DR offices, Hospital Labs, Labcorp Patient Service Centers as well as internal employee support Operations.\nWork with Active Directory (adding/deleting/moving PC's), MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Webex, Teams, Service Now Helpdesk ticketing software, PeopleSoft, Bomgar and Webex.\nYour office is located in Tucker, GA; with some Work-from-Home opportunity.\nApproximate assigned Territory includes; Atlanta and North GA markets. Subject to change.\nOvernight travel is around 10%.\nSupport a variety of corporate and local IT projects.\nMinimum Qualification:\nHigh school diploma.\nMust have valid driver’s License and clean driving record.\n1 or more years work experience in an IT support role.\nMust be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.\nMust be able to climb and work from a ladder as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAssociates degree in Information Technology.\n1 or more years of experience working in a network environment.\n1 or more years of experience in a field technician position.\nAdditional Job Standards:\nProven multitasker, ability to maintain positive attitude and prioritize tasks in a busy and rapidly changing environment.\nResults oriented and willing to travel outside your assigned area as needed to assist others.\nThis is a client facing / field technician position.\nPerform other duties as required.\nProject management experience.\nGood communication skills.\nPosition typically comes with a company car, fuel card, company credit card, cell phone and laptop.\nBenefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
