Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLogistics Administrator\nLabcorp is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our team in Tokyo, Japan.\nJob Responsibilities:\nMonitoring and tracking of Inbound, Outbound, SM and Lab to Lab shipments for all locations in the region.\n\nProviding precise and reliable feedback to management on specific Courier performance or issues.\n\nManaging the overall Logistics day-to-day operations with the service providers involved in the supply chain to and from site’s referral labs and other designated locations.\n\nAs needed, support import or export paperwork for reagents/lab supplies associated with the nearest Labcorp Labs.\n\nProviding feed-back to internal & external customers (*)\n\nDocument all process and service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.\n\nEnsuring alignment and support between Logistics and Finance including issues such as Unmatched EDI, Cost analysis etc.\n\nAssist in the analysis phase and lead implementation of global best practices for processes and procedures.\n\nMetrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s): Providing timely and precise departmental metrics and KPI’s, internal and external.\n\nOther duties as assigned by management.\n\n(*)Client Interactions\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree\n\n2 or more years of experience in Customer service and/or Logistics.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2 or more years of international business experience\n\nLicensed Customs Broker.\n\nFluent in Japanese and English.\n\nAdditional Job Standards:\nAbility to work independently\n\nAbility to use computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)\n\nStrong verbal and written skills\n\nAttention to detail\n\nFor Logistics Contingencies related purposes the incumbent may be requested to work during holidays and week ends.\n\nAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
