Join us in our mission to improve health and improve lives.\nLabcorp is seeking an Assistant Manager, Project Management to join our team!\nWork Schedule\nRotational Shift\n5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST\n2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST\nJob Responsibilities\nEnsure appropriate resources are available, providing day-to-day supervision of the Team in order to deliver tasks according to procedural requirements and agreed-upon service levels\nDevelop, train and coach the team based on procedural and development requirements\nCoordinate and monitor individuals progress to ensure achievement of Quality, Cost and Delivery performance metrics\nEnsure the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPs by maintaining the same standards across all client teams\nPublish and communicate performance metrics and take appropriate actions when needed\nAccountable for the team's performance, requiring timely communication of issues to management\nMonitor, track, manage and ensure resolution of all customer complaints, service failures, issues and concerns, taking corrective and preventative actions where appropriate. Robust actions must be taken to ensure the same service failure does not recur Ensure effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings and procedures\nComplete thorough, timely and well-documented performance evaluations providing objective feedback to the individual team member\nFollow applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.\nComplete required training according to required timelines.\nComplete day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity.\nMaintain project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner.\nPerform checks to ensure the quality of work completed.\nEnsure timely escalation as needed.\nOther duties as assigned by management.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience\nMinimum of 2 years of management experience\nPreferred Qualification\nAbility to influence internal partners\nAbility to deliver consistent team performance\nAbility to coach, train and guide individuals to ensure optimal team performance\nDemonstrated strong customer service skills\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills\nStrong planning and organizational skills\nAdditional Job standards\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
