Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nLabcorp is seeking a Senior Analyst - Digital Analytics to join our team at LabCorp Bangalore\nWork Schedule\nThe Senior Associate, Website and Campaign Performance Reporting will be responsible for delivering website, campaign, and marketing performance reporting and insights using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and external marketing data sources. The role will focus on data analysis, reporting automation, data storytelling, and presenting actionable insights to marketing stakeholders.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn and deliver website performance reporting using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).\nAnalyze website traffic, user behavior, engagement, conversion trends, and customer journeys and translate data into actionable insights.\nDevelop and maintain campaign and marketing performance reporting, including channel, campaign, and marketing performance analysis.\nBe well versed in reporting and analyzing campaign and marketing data imported from external data sources, such as Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and other marketing platforms.\nBuild and maintain CJA segments, calculated/custom fields, metrics, dimensions, and reporting components to support business and marketing requirements.\nAutomate CJA reporting and dashboards using Power BI, reducing manual reporting effort and improving reporting efficiency.\nIdentify trends, opportunities, anomalies, and performance drivers in digital and marketing data and proactively communicate key findings to stakeholders.\nDevelop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and dashboards that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.\nDemonstrate strong data storytelling skills, turning complex analytics into simple, clear, and business-focused narratives.\nPresent insights and recommendations confidently to marketing, business, and leadership teams.\nPartner with marketing, implementation, and analytics teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver scalable and effective analytics solutions.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automation, data quality, and the overall effectiveness of digital analytics reporting.\nMinimum Qualifications\n4-6 years of hands-on working experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), particularly in website analytics and reporting.\nStrong hands-on experience with Adobe CJA, including workspace reporting, analysis, segmentation, calculated/custom fields, and reporting components.\nGood understanding of digital marketing, website traffic, campaigns, channels, customer journeys, engagement, and conversion metrics.\nExperience working with and reporting on campaign and marketing data from external platforms, such as Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and similar marketing technologies.\nExperience with Power BI and reporting automation, with the ability to develop automated and scalable reporting solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the “why” behind the numbers and translate findings into actionable recommendations.\nExcellent data storytelling and presentation skills.\nStrong proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, visually compelling, and executive-ready presentations.\nComfortable presenting analytics, insights, and recommendations directly to marketing and business stakeholders.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex analytics concepts to non-technical audiences.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple reporting requirements, prioritize competing requests, and deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.\nA strong business mindset with the ability to connect digital performance data with marketing objectives and business outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdobe CJA certification\nLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:\nLabcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
