Together, we’re improving health and improving lives.\nWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Lead, Software Product Manager to own and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for a critical product area. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, developing product strategies, and delivering solutions that directly impact customer adoption, satisfaction, and company objectives.\nYou will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product direction, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of features that drive meaningful business outcomes.\nWork Schedule\nThis is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nProduct Ownership: Serve as the product owner for a defined product area, responsible for defining strategy, creating roadmaps, and driving product adoption that impacts company goals.\nStrategic Vision: Develop and execute a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives, with a strong understanding of current state and future needs.\n Cross-Functional Leadership: Work across departments (Engineering, Data, Cloud) to manage dependencies, align teams to roadmaps, and drive initiatives to resolution with minimal oversight.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external customers to gather requirements, harmonize strategies across multiple customer needs, and influence customer planning.\nMetrics & Accountability: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators including adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and other business-critical metrics.\nMentorship: Begin mentoring peers and colleagues, contributing to the growth and development of the product management team.\nDecision Making: Navigate ambiguity with confidence, making sound decisions that help teams move forward with clarity while knowing when to escalate to accelerate resolution.\nCommunication: Deliver outstanding written and verbal communication to a diverse stakeholder audience, including C-level executives, product teams, and technical stakeholders.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\n12 or more years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience.\n5 or more years of experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.\nADDITIONAL JOB STANDARDS\nCurrent or previous Labcorp experience.\nProven track record of owning product areas and delivering results that directly impact business outcomes.\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams through ambiguity to clarity.\nRadical thinking paired with strong execution and envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there.\nStrong cross-customer collaboration that harmonizes strategies and needs of multiple customers.\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.\nInnate capability to lead teams, directly and indirectly, through ambiguity to clarity.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for technology products.\nHistory of making sound strategic decisions around internal and third-party technology products.\nProven track record of collaboration with diverse stakeholders, leading to successful product outcomes.\nHistory of establishing high-trust relationships with open communication.\nExperience leading and motivating empowered product management teams with a clear focus on delivering business value.\nStrong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development plans.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nWorking Conditions\nThis role is remote.\nOccasional travel to other locations, conferences, and training events may be required.\nApplication Window closes 10/24/2026\nPay Range: $150,000 - 175,000 annual salary\nAll job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the Labcorp Bonus Plan.
