Actual pay will be determined by the selected candidate’s work location, as well as relevant experience and qualifications\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead the design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions for the U.S. Commercial function.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to gain insights into patient populations, healthcare provider behavior, and commercial opportunities.\nEstablish and follow best practices for model development, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop advanced analytics and AI solutions to generate actionable insights into patient and provider behavior and treatment patterns.\nCreate predictive models supporting patient identification, treatment initiation, adherence, and provider engagement strategies.\nIntegrate and analyze claims, EHR, and commercial data to improve patient access and commercial effectiveness.\nPartner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Insights & Analytics teams to translate insights into evidence-based business strategies.\nCommunicate complex analytical findings clearly to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.\nLead and mentor data scientists and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.\nManage external vendors and consulting partners as needed.\nOperate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, managing multiple initiatives with high-quality execution.\nWho You Are:\nYou are a visionary leader with a passion for leveraging data science and AI to drive commercial success.
