This role is integral to driving cross-functional collaboration and engagement with external stakeholders to support the business's strategic goals.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDevelop and lead the global commercialization strategy across multiple regions.\nOwn the short-term brand plan, focusing on revenue maximization and supporting annual revenue targets.\nLead the Global Marketing team in delivering campaigns, messages, and marketing initiatives.\nProvide commercial input to long-term strategic decisions, including lifecycle management and asset value maximization.\nPartner with regions and affiliates to deliver on country-specific needs and optimize the asset value.\nConduct competitive workshops and market assessments to inform strategic decisions.\nEngage with external stakeholders such as clinicians, policy stakeholders, and advocacy groups.\nDrive cross-functional alignment and collaboration across marketing, medical, and market access teams.\nEnsure launch planning, readiness, and execution are effectively managed.\nOperate within a Product Development & Commercialization model.\n\nWho You Are: You are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global commercialization in the biotech or pharma industry. Your ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams is matched by your expertise in navigating complex alliances and competitive landscapes. You thrive in a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority and driving alignment across diverse teams.
