This role would be a co-lead for a team of 6-10 employees, coordinating daily activities including inventory control, and shipping/receiving in a cGMP environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational flow, partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QC, and Planning to meet production timelines. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve operational challenges while maintaining compliance. This position operates with a high degree of independence and reports into site operations leadership, contributing directly to overall facility performance.\nShift Details: Monday-Friday 7 am to 4 pm. There may be an occasional need for weekend and after-hours support.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead daily warehouse activities including receiving and shipping of materials \nCoordinate team workload to maintain operational efficiency and schedule adherence \nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and cycle count variances \nCollaborate cross-functionally to support production and materials planning needs \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives within materials management processes \nEnsure completion and compliance of all GxP and safety training requirements \nSupport SOP revisions, deviations, and Good Control Compliance activities \nMonitor and ensure timely completion of departmental work orders \nOther job duties as required \nWho You Are\nYou are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.
