Working closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), Engineering, Labs, and Site Services, the role helps optimize resource utilization, and minimize equipment downtime.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage planning and scheduling activities for Maintenance, Site Services,and I&C work\nCreate, revise, and maintain job plans, preventive maintenance plans, and material lists\nSupport asset onboarding, modification, retirement, and equipment data management within the CMMS\nGenerate, prioritize, and dispatch scheduled maintenance work orders\nReview and release unscheduled work requests for execution\nCoordinate pre-work preparation and job activity analysis to support efficient work execution\nServe as a CMMS subject matter expert, including user administration and training\nSupport SOP revisions, regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance activities\nSupport new equipment onboarding process\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in maintenance planning, work execution, and CMMS processes\nWho You Are\nYou are a detail-oriented maintenance professional with strong planning and scheduling expertise who thrives in a GMP-regulated environment.
