Experience in strategic and digital marketing within a global environment is highly desirable.\nAnticipated travel: up to 15% international\nPrincipal Accountabilities\nPartner closely with GCL in the development of a cohesive market shaping/ market creation strategy across all customers in coordination across all relevant functions and regions \nLead the execution of marketing development tactical plans in close coordination with cross functional and regional stakeholders, ensuring an omni channel footprint with our customers to enable launch success \nLead onboarding of and partnership with different agency partners to manage development of various tactical assets and programs \nLead the development of messaging hierarchy, creative, unbranded & branded style guidelines, etc \nSupport and partner closely with GCL in the development of Go-To-Market launch strategies- including Where-To-Play, How-To-Win, Positioning, messaging, lexicon and tactical plan development \nSupport Launch Readiness Reviews in close collaboration with commercial operations to prepare the cross-functional organization for launch \nSupport GCL in the formation of global SWOT analyses, identification and mitigation of potential risks associated with product launch \nLead the development and execution of a world-class launch plan that ensures organizational readiness and right-level resource allocation \nCollaborate closely with the global and regional insights teams in ensuring developed messages and campaign equity resonate with our respective customers \nPartner and collaborate closely with global and regional medical affairs teams in the development of Commercial HCP Leader lists and a plan for their engagement \nPartner with regional teams in the development of CRM database to enable omni-channel customer engagement that would ultimately support rapid launch \nPartner closely with Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy Groups, Corporate Comms, etc teams in the execution of marketing strategy, leveraging the Global Scientific Platform to inform message development and coordination of launch tactical plan for consistency \nMinimum educational level\nBachelor’s degree Required; Advanced Degree Preferred (MBA) \nMinimum experience\n12-15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with in-depth knowledge of marketing, promotions, agency management, R&D, forecasting, utilizing marketing analytics (both primary and secondary). \nExperience commercializing in Rare highly desired \nOutstanding collaborator, strategic influencer and servant leader with ability to reach across the aisle in service of patients, physicians and the brand \nDemonstrated ability to lean on insights, assess market opportunities and develop product strategies to align with customer needs and rapidly move to develop and execute upon tactical POA. \nStrong analytical, financial acumen, strategic, and project management skills (with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously).
