As a key player in our team, you will collaborate with various departments to optimize payroll processes and contribute to strategic projects that enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEnsure payroll activities are performed timely and accurately for your assigned region.\nManage workload and assign backups, overseeing seamless payroll execution.\nDrive issue resolution and manage escalations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.\nPartner with Finance and HR affiliate leads, maintaining regular dialogue to discuss team activities and performance.\nManage payroll vendor relationships to ensure best-in-class payroll and time-tracking execution.\nOwn processes for the assigned region, driving process standardization and improvement.\nCollaborate with HR and IT to ensure system readiness and optimization.\nAct as Project Manager for selected projects within your region.\nProvide support to team members, building trust and managing performance.\nCoach and motivate team members, fostering cross-team collaboration and monitoring wellbeing.\nExecute and drive projects and improvement initiatives as per leadership guidelines.\nWho You Are:\nYou are a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing payroll processes and ensuring compliance.
