Your efforts will help maintain robust internal controls and support audit requests, making you a key player in the organization's success.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nCreate and support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contract workflow requests, and invoice reconciliation activities.\nCoordinate contract creation and renewal workflows in partnership with business stakeholders and Legal, ensuring compliance with internal policies.\nProvide guidance to stakeholders and colleagues on contract request and renewal processes.\nEnsure correct initiation of contract requests and timely upload of agreements to the Contract Lifecycle Management system.\nSubmit purchase requisitions in the ERP system, aligning with contract payment terms and schedules.\nMaintain complete vendor, transactional, and process documentation to support audit and internal-control requirements.\nCollaborate with Finance, Legal, stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.\nSupport the Purchase to Pay leadership team with process documentation, reporting, stakeholder communications, and training activities.\nEngage in ad hoc projects and continuous-improvement initiatives as assigned.\nEstablish effective working relationships with Legal, Finance, stakeholders, suppliers, and Global Business Services teams.\nProvide first-line support for operational issues and escalate complex matters appropriately.\nWho You Are: You are detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and a commitment to accuracy.
