You will provide troubleshooting expertise and serve as a subject matter expert for one or more utility systems, thereby ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations. Your role will involve overseeing repairs, corrective maintenance, and preventive measures, while also responding to alarms within GMP areas and controlled spaces. You will work autonomously, coordinating shift activities and interdepartmental operations to support continuous 24/7 utility operations. By maintaining and updating utilities plans, your technical knowledge will enhance our operational effectiveness and contribute to our business's overall success. Your efforts will ensure our facility remains a leader in safety, quality, and efficiency across our industry.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOperate and maintain all utility systems supporting manufacturing processes.\n\nProvide training and serve as a system expert for utility system operations.\n\nRespond to and resolve critical alarms, logging equipment readings and investigating as necessary.\n\nMonitor systems via BMS and DeltaV control systems for optimal performance.\n\nConduct mechanical space tours to identify and mitigate potential issues.\n\nCoordinate shift activities and allocate work in line with operational plans.\n\nExecute initial troubleshooting and impact assessments for utility systems.\n\nMaintain and verify logbook records, ensuring accurate documentation.\n\nOversee quality management activities, including QRM, deviations, and CAPA.\n\nPrepare for utility operations, identifying tools and contacting stakeholders.\n\nAdhere to all technical, safety, and quality instructions and protocols.\n\nWho You Are:\nYou are a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical aptitude and the ability to work autonomously. Your problem-solving skills and capacity to remain calm under pressure enable you to effectively manage complex utility systems. You thrive in a collaborative environment, seamlessly coordinating with various departments to achieve shared goals.
