You should be able to troubleshoot electronic equipment, communicate effectively, and provide effective suggestions for improvement.\nJob Responsbilities\nComplete daily tasks in accordance with BioIntelliSense Policies and Procedures, including the safety rules and regulations\nMust follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)\nResponsible for work order ticket prioritization for the Service and Fulfillment team and ensuring tickets are completed on-time and with no failures\nWorking alongside engineers to build and test solutions to a variety of technical problems\nInspecting and modifying existing designs and prototypes\nConduct tests, collect data, and record the data clearly and accurately\nAnalyze operations and offer suggestions for improvement\nMaintain accurate records and assist with data collection for metrics and presentations\nSet-up computer driven test equipment and supporting processes\nCreate procedures to document the test process\nConduct inspection of devices.\nRun diagnostics and calibrations\nInspect inventory and reordering materials and technical components\nSupport and follow all ISO 13485 standards\nPerform general 5S activities daily\nIdentify and report non-conforming material and product\nApply product traceability\nPerform packaging and labeling duties\nRetrieve information, train and transfer knowledge to team members\nLead and positively influence others in a team-based environment\nAlign with BioIntelliSense’s mission, values and leadership principles\nOther duties and special projects as assigned\nJob Requirements\n2-3 years of manufacturing and inspection experience within the medical device industry preferred\nPrevious experience in an FDA and/or ISO 13485 regulated environment preferred \nKnowledge and use of relevant computer software applications and skills to use them effectively \nSound understanding of electronics technology\nExtensive experience running computer driven test set-ups\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to work independently but also collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nStrong communication, writing and presentation skills; Ability to read and write in English is required\nA willingness to learn and work overtime when required\nAble to foster a positive culture and collaborate cross functionally while advancing BioIntelliSense as a great place to work\nPhysical Requirements\nJob duties are performed in a warehouse setting.
