Duties\nResponsibilities:\nTeach 1-2 courses per semester in an in-person format.\nProvide instruction at a baccalaureate level for undergraduate nursing students in one of the areas of specialty (MS, peds, women’s health, mental health, community, geriatrics) in the classroom or skills lab.\nProvide feedback to students via online learning activities and assessment of assignments submitted through the Learning Management System (i.e., Canvas).\nDemonstrate excellent communication, accountability, and initiative, along with a strong Christian commitment and interest in the integration of faith with learning.\nProvide academic advising and mentoring for students towards a future career and in their Christian faith.\nRemain current in their field by engaging in scholarly or clinical work and being active in professional organizations.\nWork strategically with diverse colleagues, students, and community members.\nQualifications :\nA master's degree in nursing which includes clinical preparation in a nursing specialty and preparation for the teaching role.
