The role manages employment documentation, payroll administration, HR data and reporting, and supports compliance with local requirements and Biomapas processes.\nHR Specialist provides timely, customer-focused support to employees and managers and works closely with internal teams and external partners.\nResponsibilities:\nManage employment contracts and related HR documentation for Lithuania and international locations, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies\nCoordinate onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding, including intern onboarding, to ensure a smooth employee journey\nAdminister working time, absences, annual leave, and employee benefits were locally applicable\nPrepare accurate and timely payroll inputs and review payroll calculations and payslips before finalization, collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and external payroll providers to resolve discrepancies\nCoordinate HR administration with external consultants and partners\nMaintain accurate employee records in Hibob and relevant systems, ensuring timely job description signoffs and up-to-date CVs\nProvide daily HR support to employees and managers, prepare HR communications, and share knowledge within the People Operations team\nPrepare standard HR documents such as orders, certificates, amendments, employment letters and confirmations\nCoordinate occupational health and safety administration and right-to-work checks were required\nPrepare HR operational reports, including KPIs, workforce data, and vacation accruals\nContribute to various HR projects and process improvements as needed\nRequirements\nProven experience in HR operations or a similar role (preferably international/fast-paced environment)\nSolid understanding of Lithuanian labor law and employment documentation\nHands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. HiBob, Dynamics 365 Business Central or other HRIS platforms)\nExcellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nTrustworthy and discreet in handling confidential and sensitive information\nProactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset;
