You will work across the organization to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.\nKey responsibilities include:\nDevelop and implement BioMar Vietnam’s quality strategy in alignment with global standards, market requirements, and business objectives.\nEnsure effective quality management systems, food safety programs, traceability, product integrity, and regulatory compliance across operations.\nLead laboratory operations, supplier quality management, sustainable sourcing initiatives, and supplier audit activities.\nProvide technical support to customers, manage customer complaints, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nLead audit programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of a high-performing quality and technical team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.\nBring your expertise to a high-impact leadership role\nYou are an experienced quality and regulatory professional who understands how strong quality governance supports business performance and customer trust. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, enabling you to lead improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.\nYou are comfortable working with customers, authorities, suppliers, and colleagues across functions. You use data and analytical thinking to make decisions, manage risk effectively, and support continuous improvement in a dynamic business environment.\nMust-have requirements:\nVietnamese national with 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.\nBachelor's degree or higher in Aquaculture, Food Technology, QA/QC, or a related field.\nKnowledge of and practical experience implementing ISO 9001, HACCP, BAP, and ASC standards.\nExperience delivering training related to food safety and regulatory compliance.\nStrong capabilities in stakeholder collaboration, data analysis, and risk management.\nNice-to-have qualifications:\nExperience leading supplier audits and supplier development activities.\nKnowledge of sustainability-related standards and responsible sourcing practices.\nExperience supporting customers with technical applications and product performance optimization.\nBackground in continuous improvement, process optimization, or product development initiatives.\nStrong understanding of audit management and compliance within the aquaculture feed industry.\nGrow your career while making a meaningful difference\nJoining BioMar Vietnam means becoming part of an industry-leading organization committed to innovation, sustainability, and high performance.
