We improve and advance our employees' and patients' lives that depend on our products.\nDescription\nWe are looking for a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role is key to optimizing production, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nFollow and promote all safety standards; report any concerns promptly\nSet up molds and machines per established processes to ensure quality and efficiency\nPerform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime\nSupport mold changes, machine operation, and production needs as required\nMaintain clean, organized work areas in line with 5S standards\nAdjust machine settings to resolve defects while maintaining cycle time\nAssist with material handling and training of new team members\nSet up and fine-tune robotic part-handling systems\nCollaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations to resolve production issues\nTroubleshoot and optimize molding processes using data-driven adjustments\nDevelop and refine processes to meet performance targets (KPIs)\nMonitor schedules and proactively address production challenges\nSupport team development and provide guidance to junior staff\nCommunicate effectively with leadership and engineering to drive improvements\nRequirements\nGood Communication Skills\nThe ability to Speak, Read and Write in English\nProcessing experience with a trouble shooting background in Plastics.\nThe ability to train and be trained to continue Growth in Field\nComputer literacy\nAbility to lift 50 LBS\nAbility to Stand for Long periods of time.\nBasic Math\nAbility to work night shift, overtime and weekends as needed.\nPreferred:\nRJG Decoupled Molding Training (Sys 1, Master Molder 1)\nBasic Blueprint reading\nWhite Belt and Yellow Belt Training\nBiomerics offers the following benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation Days, Paid Holidays, and 401k.\nPlease, No Recruitment Agency calls or emails (we are not using recruitment services for this or any other role posted).\nThe salary estimates are estimates from this job board and not a guarantee of Biomerics’ salary range.\nBiomerics does not accept non - solicited resumes or candidate submittals from search/recruiting agencies that are not already on Biomerics' approved agency list.
