This role requires independent decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to proactively resolve planning challenges.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and optimize detailed production schedules to meet demand forecasts.\nAnalyze capacity constraints and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency.\nCollaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to minimize material shortages and delays.\nIdentify risks in the production plan and propose solutions.\nParticipate in daily tier meetings with production to ensure production delays are minimized.\nMonitor KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory levels, and on-time delivery. Develop solutions to ensure KPIs are met.\nParticipate in process improvement projects related to planning and scheduling.\nCoordinate with senior planners with NPI work to ensure OEM production is minimally impacted.\nProvide mentorship and training to Planner I team members.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.\n1-3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.\nProficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analysis.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nBenefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation Days, Paid Holidays, 401k\nPlease, No Recruitment Agency calls or emails (we are not using recruitment services for this, or any other role posted).\nBiomerics does not accept non-solicited resumes or candidate submittals from search/recruiting agencies not already on Biomerics approved agency list.
