The company offers its eligible employees a range of benefits which include medical and dental benefits, 401K, and paid time off.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nQuote, Sales Order Entry & Customer Service\nWork with the sales team and project managers to create quotes for new business\nResearch current or new technology to estimate manufacturing rates, material consumption and overhead rates.\nProvide support for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support.\nProject manage NPI (New Product Introduction) to assure projects are performed accurately and timely.\nFollow company procedures and file quotes as required\nAttend company and customer update meetings as they pertain to new projects\nFiling System Management\nMaintain a well-organized physical and digital filing system to ensure documentation is accessible, compliant, and up to date.\nCreate, update, and archive files according to company standards and retention requirements.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n10+ years of in a quoting environment related to manufacturing, preferably metal machining\n10+ years experience in maintaining BOM’s/routers in an ERP system for a manufacturing company\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.\nSalesforce experience preferred.\nExcellent communication skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate across teams.\nPlease, No Recruitment Agency calls or emails (we are not using recruitment services for this or any other role posted).\nThe salary estimates are estimates from this job board and not a guarantee from Biomerics salary range.\nBiomerics does not accept non-solicited resumes or candidate submittals from search/recruiting agencies that are not already on Biomerics' approved agency list.
