You'll set the creative direction while remaining closely connected to the work, building a brand that inspires millions of scientists around the world.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDefine and evolve BioRender’s brand identity, visual language, and creative strategy-ensuring a consistent, compelling, and recognizable brand across every customer touchpoint.\nLead the creative vision and execution across product marketing, integrated campaigns, website, social media, video, motion graphics, events, sales enablement, and other marketing initiatives.\nPartner closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to translate business objectives, product strategy, and brand positioning into impactful creative that drives awareness, engagement, and growth.\nBuild, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative team while fostering a culture of creativity, craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop and maintain scalable brand guidelines, design systems, and creative asset libraries that enable consistency and efficiency across the organization.\nEstablish creative processes, workflows, and resource planning that allow the team to execute high-quality work quickly and effectively.\nStay ahead of design, branding, storytelling, and visual communication trends-bringing fresh ideas and creative ambition to everything BioRender puts into the world.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\n8+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership, with at least 3 years leading high-performing creative teams in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, healthcare, or life sciences environment.\nExperience with or a strong understanding of medical illustration, scientific visualization, or scientific design, and an appreciation for communicating complex science through thoughtful, visually compelling creative.\nProven success developing and scaling world-class brands, leading integrated marketing creative, and delivering exceptional creative work across digital, print, video, and experiential channels.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding brand leadership, visual storytelling, and high-quality creative execution across multiple marketing channels.\nExperience creating marketing creative for scientific, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceutical, or other highly technical audiences, with the ability to simplify complex concepts through compelling visual communication.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for building strong relationships across Marketing, Product, Executive Leadership, and cross-functional teams.\nA passion for building brands that educate, inspire, and help scientists communicate their discoveries more effectively.\nA growth mindset - you're curious, creative, resourceful, and excited to shape one of the world's most beloved brands in science communication.\nWhy join us?\nWe are mission-driven: we work collaboratively towards our shared vision of improving scientific communication and accelerating scientific discovery.
