The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good candidate-handling abilities, and the ability to manage multiple hiring activities simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Campus Hiring\nPlan and coordinate campus recruitment drives with colleges, universities, and educational institutes.\n\nEstablish and maintain relationships with placement cells and college representatives.\n\nSource and screen candidates through campus drives and institutional tie-ups.\n\nConduct initial candidate screening and coordinate further rounds of interviews.\n\nMaintain records and recruitment data for campus hiring activities.\n\n2. Walk-in Interview Management\nPlan and organize walk-in interview drives based on hiring requirements.\n\nPromote walk-in drives through appropriate sourcing channels.\n\nHandle candidate registration, initial screening, and interview flow.\n\nCoordinate with hiring managers/interviewers to ensure a smooth candidate experience.\n\nMaintain daily/weekly walk-in recruitment reports and candidate status.\n\n3. In-House Hiring\nUnderstand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.\n\nSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.\n\nScreen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.\n\nAssess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.\n\nMaintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming positions.\n\nFollow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\n\nEnsure timely closure of assigned positions.\n\n4.
