Responsibilities:\nManage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to closure.\n\nSource candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, professional networks, and other creative channels.\n\nHire for roles including General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Accountant, Office Administrator, Social Media Marketing, Trainers, and other professional positions.\n\nConduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, experience, attitude, availability, and suitability.\n\nCoordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and candidate movement through the hiring process.\n\nMaintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/recruitment platforms such as ZipRecruiter, CareerPlug, or similar systems.\n\nBuild strong candidate relationships and provide a professional candidate experience.\n\nDemonstrate a strong understanding of US culture, workplace practices, and hiring processes.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nPrior experience in US recruitment/talent acquisition.\n\nStrong sourcing and candidate-hunting skills.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication.\n\nConfident and professional interaction with US candidates.\n\nWorking knowledge of ATS and recruitment platforms.\n\nProactive, resourceful, and target-oriented approach.\n\nAbility to commute/relocate:\nMohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)\n\nExperience:\nUS Recruiter: 2 years (Required)\n\nShift availability:\nNight Shift
