Summary\n\n The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing new products and new technologies through adherence to established quality management system processes and practices\n\nResponsibility\n\n Lead or support the full new product development project lifecycles from concept stage to verification and validation and to manufacturing transfer and product launch.\n\n Support, coordinate, and execute in continuous improvements projects, cost-down projects, and sustaining activities.\n\n Lead or actively participate in R&D projects and act as the technical lead for cross-functional teams.\n\n Provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians, and assist in lab management.\n\n Execute in all required technical documentation works.\n\n Participate and contribute to cross-functional team activities.\n\nRequirement\n\n Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Material/Chemical/Bio-Engineering or relevant.\n\n 2 – 4 years relevant working experience in a regulated industry preferred.\n\n Good product design and process development knowledge and experience with strong analytical skills.\n\n Experience with medical device design, manufacturing or regulatory affairs in a medical device area will be beneficial.\n\n Strong verbal and written communication skill\n\n Proven strong team player with good interpersonal skills to work
