You will oversee the Transactional Finance and Management Accounting teams, ensuring strong financial governance, consistent processes and continuous improvement.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead and develop the Finance Shared Services, building a high-performing team that delivers efficient, high-quality and customer-focused services aligned with organisational priorities.\n\nOversee management accounting and transactional finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting to Group Finance.\n\nEstablish and monitor SLAs, KPIs and performance reporting to drive accountability, measure service quality and identify opportunities to improve operational performance.\n\nStandardise and optimise finance processes across the Group, embedding consistent, efficient ways of working across all entities supported by Shared Services.\n\nOversee treasury operations and working capital management, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships and funding activities to support the financial stability and growth of the business.\n\nMaintain robust financial controls, governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to accounting standards, company policies and regulatory requirements, meeting audit expectations and proactively mitigating financial and operational risks.\n\nPartner with senior leaders to align shared-service capabilities with business priorities, support organisational change and ensure services can scale with evolving business needs.\n\nPromote a culture of service excellence, accountability and collaboration, encouraging innovation, continuous improvement and professional development across Finance Shared Services.\n\nWhat you'll bring:\nProven senior finance leadership experience, including responsibility for leading and developing a medium-sized, multidisciplinary team.\n\nQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).\n\nStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax compliance, governance and financial controls.\n\nExperience leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll and Master Data processes within a finance shared services environment.\n\nExperience establishing governance frameworks and accountability measures, using KPIs, SLAs, scorecards and operational metrics to improve service performance and deliver business objectives.\n\nExperience in a manufacturing or global organisation would be advantageous but is not essential.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with finance systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Medius, Cognos or equivalent.\n\nTravel Requirements:\nOccasional travel may be
