Event Specialist (Placement: MANDYS Shoes & EVOL)

The Event Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing brand events, exhibitions, pop-up stores, bazaars, and community activations to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. When there are no scheduled events, this role is responsible for producing engaging photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as an Event Specialist, Event Coordinator, Marketing Event, or a similar role.
• Experience organizing exhibitions, bazaars, roadshows, pop-up stores, or retail events.
• Experience in the Fashion, Footwear, Lifestyle, or Retail industry is preferred.
• Able to operate a camera or smartphone for content creation and basic photo/video editing using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to solve problems quickly during events.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when supporting events.
• Passionate about fashion, sneakers, and lifestyle trends.
