This is a hands-onrole involving receiving inbound shipment, picking, packing, and arranging outbound shipment, managing warehouse storage and material transfer to production. The job requires frequent use of SAP to record and track material movements accurately.\nYour Responsibilities\nReceive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; perform Goods Receipt (GR) and related SAP transactions\nPick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment; complete SAP delivery, Goods Issue (GI) and invoicing transactions\nMove pallets and materials safely using pallet jacks, trolleys, or MHE\nSupport shopfloor material replenishment through Kanban or direct transfer material transfer postings in SAP\nConduct inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliations\nUse SAP and Excel to update stock movements, queries, and simple reports\nMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to storage requirements\nFollow safety rules, GMP requirements, and proper handling procedures\nReport material shortages, damages, discrepancies, or system issues to Supervisor timely\nYour Profile\nNTC/ ITE/ GCE O/N Level\nNTC/ ITE: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/ manufacturing environment.\nGCE O/N Level: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Logistics/ manufacturing environment. \nPrior working experience in medical devices industry is preferable.\nFamiliar with ISO13485 and cGMP is a plus.\nStrong organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels.\nWell verse in SAP and Microsoft application such as Excel is preferable. \nMust be able to lift, push and pull material handling equipment such as push carts and pallet jacks. \nWhat we offer\nbeing encouraged to think and act entrepreneurially\nworking in global teams and projects\ndeveloping yourself professionally\nAre you interested?
