Responsibilities

Understand product specifications and contribute to QA testing strategy and implementation.
Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
Perform manual testing, test analysis, documentation, and defect tracking.
Participate in product risk analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve software issues.
Review product documentation and continuously improve QA processes and standards.
Test and validate AI-powered features, including functionality, accuracy, reliability, and potential risks.

Technical Skills & Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of QA / Software Testing experience, with strong Manual Testing experience.
HRIS testing experience is a must.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, test management, defect tracking, and risk analysis.
Experience with AI/ML or AI-powered product testing is highly preferred; knowledge of AI output validation and prompt testing is an advantage.
Understanding of HR processes is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good English proficiency and experience in a multinational environment are advantageous.
