workstation setup\nPerform routine inspections and report quality or production issues\nMaintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards\nParticipate in training programs related to manufacturing processes and equipment\nWork collaboratively with production, engineering, quality, and maintenance personnel\nAssist with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives\nAccurately complete production and training records\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\nInterest in manufacturing, skilled trades, or industrial operations\nBasic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions\nStrong attendance, reliability, and work ethic\nBasic math and measurement skills preferred\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as required\nManual dexterity for handling
