Birdcall is growing - new stores, new concepts, new opportunities - and we're looking for GMs who want to grow with us.\nRequirements\nWhat you bring:\n3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management/supervisory experience preferred\nStrong communication - clear, professional English, written and spoken\nComfort with budgets, payroll, banking, and basic math\nSharp reasoning to project sales, evaluate budgets, and read profit statements\nThe ability to direct, motivate, discipline, and genuinely engage a team\nA valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally between stores\nAbility to obtain and maintain an alcohol service permit\nHigh school diploma or GED\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbout 50 hours a week, mostly on your feet - standing, walking, frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs, with occasional exposure to moving mechanical equipment.
