We're looking for an on-site Project Manager to lead residential projects throughout Loudoun County, while supporting select projects across the greater DMV region. You'll oversee medium- to large-scale home improvement projects-including basement finishes, kitchen and bathroom remodels, decks, additions, roofing, siding, windows, flooring, exterior renovations, and other major residential improvements.

What You'll Do
You'll own your projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring every homeowner has an exceptional experience along the way.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout their project.
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, inspections, permits, schedules, and materials.
Keep projects moving on time and within budget.
Communicate proactively with homeowners so they always know what's happening next.
Ensure work meets Birdwatch's quality standards before project completion.
Identify issues early and work collaboratively to solve them.
Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
Partner closely with our Director of Projects to continuously improve how we deliver projects.
