responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nBuild Scalable Web and Mobile Applications: \nDesign and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.\nBuild cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.\nDevelop reusable, modular components and maintain scalable frontend architectures.\nOwn features end-to-end, from design and development to testing, deployment, and optimisation.\n\nDevelop AI-Native User Experiences: \nBuild intuitive interfaces for enterprise AI applications, including conversational copilots, analytics dashboards, and agentic workflow platforms.\nImplement real-time interfaces supporting streaming LLM responses, chat interactions, agent progress tracking, citations, and human-in-the-loop workflows.\nBuild interactive dashboards, complex forms, data visualisations, and data-intensive user interfaces.\n\nOptimise Performance and User Experience: \nOptimise rendering performance, application load times, bundle sizes, and Core Web Vitals.\nEnsure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and consistent user experiences.\nOptimise mobile application performance, memory consumption, and network/data usage.\nImplement offline-first capabilities, push notifications, and mobile-specific functionality where required.\n\nAPI Integration and Engineering Excellence: \nIntegrate frontend applications with REST, GraphQL, and real-time APIs using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE).\nImplement authentication and authorisation flows, including OAuth and SSO.\nWrite clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.\nCollaborate with backend engineers, AI engineers, designers, and product managers.\n\nProduct Delivery and Ownership: \nTranslate Figma designs and product requirements into pixel-accurate, production-ready interfaces.\nBuild and maintain shared component libraries and design systems.\nManage mobile application builds, releases, and publishing through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.\nDevelop rapid prototypes and product demonstrations to validate new AI use cases.\n\nRequirements: \nTechnical Skills:\nFrontend Frameworks: Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, React Native, and TypeScript.\nCore Web Technologies: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.\nReact Ecosystem: React Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, Next.js or similar frameworks.\nState Management: Redux, Zustand, React Query / TanStack Query, or equivalent.\nMobile Development: React Native, iOS/Android development, mobile performance optimisation, app deployment.\nAPI Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events (SSE).\nUI/UX and Design Systems: Figma, reusable component libraries, design tokens, responsive layouts.\nPerformance Optimisation: Rendering optimisation, lazy loading, bundle optimisation, Core Web Vitals.\nTesting and Quality: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.\nAuthentication: OAuth, SSO, and enterprise authentication flows.\nDevelopment Tools: Git, modern build tooling, debugging, CI/CD and release workflows.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills: \nExperience developing AI-powered applications, particularly LLM-based copilots, chat interfaces, or agentic AI platforms.\nFamiliarity with streaming LLM outputs and real-time UI interactions.\nExperience with data visualisation libraries such asD3.js, Recharts, or ECharts.\nExposure to enterprise SaaS products or large-scale, data-intensive applications.\nKnowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.\nExperience building reusable design systems across multiple products.\nFamiliarity with offline-first mobile architectures and push notifications.\n\nNice to Have: \n2-8 years of professional experience developing production-grade web and mobile applications.\nStrong hands-on experience with both React.js and React Native, rather than exclusively web frontend development.\nProven ownership of features from initial design through production deployment.\nStrong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimisation, and component reusability.\nExperience building complex, interactive, data-heavy or real-time applications.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to product design, usability, and detail.\nAbility to work independently in fast-moving engineering teams while collaborating closely with design, product, backend, and AI teams.\nClear communication
