We are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead who can drive backend development, mentor teams, and build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on coding experience along with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of scalable backend systems using Java.
  • Work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Review code and ensure best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and system design.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of strong experience in Java development.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc. ).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team.
