relationships, sharing models, security models, and large-data-volume strategies.\nProvide technical leadership across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduler, and platform automation.\nArchitect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, middleware, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.\nDefine and enforce development best practices, coding standards, design principles, and quality guidelines.\nConduct design reviews, code reviews, impact assessments, and technical governance sessions.\nGuide and mentor Salesforce developers and junior technical team members.\nSupport estimation, planning, release management, deployment strategy, and production support activities.\nEnsure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, security, maintainability, and platform governor limits.\nDrive troubleshooting, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams across business, QA, DevOps, and integration teams.\nRequired Technical Skills\nSalesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\nStrong hands-on experience in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.\nStrong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, Workbench, SFDX, VS Code, Change Sets, and deployment processes.\nIntegration experience using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, API-led connectivity, and MuleSoft.\nExperience with Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and visibility architecture.\nKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SLDS.\nExperience with Git, Bitbucket, CI/CD, and release management practices.\nStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodology and full SDLC execution.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, OmniStudio, SAP integration, or enterprise CRM transformation programs.\nExposure to healthcare, insurance, finance, manufacturing, or warranty/claims management domains.\nAbility to design reusable, scalable, and maintainable solution
