proposal content, templates, and past submissions.\nTrack proposal status, outcomes, and contribute to post-bid reviews and lessons learned.\nLiaise with Oracle sales teams for partner-led opportunities or joint proposals.\nQualifications & Skills:\n10+ years of experience in bid/proposal management, specifically in Oracle ERP (EBS & Cloud) ecosystems (ERP, HCM, CX, or SCM)\nStrong understanding of Oracle product portfolio and implementation lifecycle\nProven experience with large, complex RFPs and public/private sector tenders\nExcellent team coordination skills\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal automation tools\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work under tight
