The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business process solutions using the Bizagi platform to streamline operations and enhance digital transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyze and document business processes across ERP and Supply Chain functions.\nDesign BPMN-compliant process models using Bizagi Modeler.\nDevelop and configure automated workflows in Bizagi Studio, integrating with JDE/Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Bizagi solutions.\nImplement business rules, data models, and user interfaces within Bizagi.\nIntegrate Bizagi with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and middleware.\nConduct unit testing, support UAT, and ensure successful deployment.\nProvide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams in ENU verticals to align solutions with industry-specific compliance and operational standards.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n4+ years of experience in Bizagi BPM development and implementation.\nStrong understanding of JDE/Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).\nExperience in Supply Chain Management processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Logistics).\nDomain knowledge in Energy & Utilities (e.g., asset management, outage management, regulatory compliance).\nProficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and web services integration.\nFamiliarity with BPMN 2.0, Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBizagi Developer Certification.\nExperience with other BPM tools (e.g., Appian, Camunda) is a plus.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.\nDesign and implement business process models using Bizagi Studio.\nDevelop and maintain automated workflows and user interfaces.\nIntegrate Bizagi with external systems (e.g., databases, APIs, ERP systems).\nWrite scripts and business rules to support process logic.\nOptimize workflows for performance and
