and Solution Architecting roles\nMust have played a leading role in RFP / RFI response activities and proactive opportunity pursuits for at least 5 - 7 years, especially in large, complex Managed Services, Application/Infrastructure Maintenance & Support, Transformation, multi-tower deals\nMust have a good knowledge and delivery background to work on in any of the areas around AMS, Infrastructure (On-premise, DC, Cloud, IaaS), Platform (PaaS), Enterprise Applications (ERP, COTS, SaaS), Custom Application Development, Data & Analytics etc.\nMust have good knowledge of Commercial / Pricing models\nMust have experience/knowledge of Agile frameworks like DevSecOps, SAFe Agile etc\n\nRoles & responsibilities: \n\nSolution Planning:\nCollaborate with sales, delivery and deal team to understand client requirements, objectives, relevant insights into their business processes, challenges, and strategic goals\nAnchor the technical solution and ensures that the solution embodies Birlasoft win themes and differentiators and meets the client's needs and requirements in both the current and future states\n\nSolution Design:\nDevelop end-to-end enterprise solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.\nCreate detailed technical architectures, considering scalability, security, performance, and integration aspects, leveraging Birlasoft's offerings and capabilities.\nConduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications; Work closely with practice SMEs to ensure a comprehensive understanding of functional and non-functional requirements.\n\nProposal Development:\nLead storyboarding by crafting overarching Solution Strategy, Roadmap and embedding differentiators\nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture documents, design specifications, and technical diagrams; Provide clear and concise documentation to support implementation and ongoing maintenance.\n\nTechnical Leadership:\nAct as a technical leader, guiding development teams and ensuring the adherence to architectural standards and best practices.\nStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the solution design process.\n\nQuality & Risk Management:\nConduct architecture reviews to ensure alignment with client requirements, industry standards, and internal guidelines.\nPerform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to address potential solution issues\n\nClient Presentation:\nPresent complex technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.\nArticulate the business value of proposed solutions and address client concerns effectively.\n\nCompetency Building:\nCollaborate with internal teams, including development, operations, and support, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of proposed solutions.\nPartner with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and incorporate their products and services into the overall solution.\n\nSoft skills required\nEffective leadership and inter-personal communication skills\nEffective presentation Skills\nStrong creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work\nAbility to lead and work in a team environment\n\nEducation\nDegree in Engineering + MBA (preferred)\nRelevant Enterprise Architecting Certifications in any of TOGAF, Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital/Analytics and Enterprise applications
