resolutions.\nStrong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.\nExperience in testing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.\nFamiliarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA,ADO or similar.\nAbility to interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nKnowledge of SQL and database validation.\nExposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based testing cycles.\nKnowledge in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or
