Agentic AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, and similar frameworks.\nDesign and develop Agentic AI workflows involving planning, reasoning, state management, memory, tool calling, orchestration, and human review.\nBuild enterprise RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, vector search, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and Redis.\nDevelop prompt pipelines, embeddings, retrieval logic, context enrichment, tool integrations, model evaluation, content safety, and AI guardrails.\nDevelop Python based APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Django and integrate them with Azure AI and enterprise applications.\nBuild and deploy applications using Docker, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure API Management.\nImplement CI CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.\nImplement authentication, authorization, managed identities, Key Vault, private endpoints, monitoring, logging, and secure service communication.\nOptimize application performance using caching, asynchronous processing, batching, vector index optimization, and autoscaling.\nReview technical designs and code to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, and performance.\nLead technical design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.\nGuide developers and collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, security, data, and integration teams.\nRequired Skills\nBachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n5 to 8 years of software development experience.\nStrong hands on experience in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or cloud native application development on Microsoft Azure.\nStrong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, RAG, embeddings, vector retrieval, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.\nExperience with Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.\nStrong understanding of agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory, state management, tool calling, and workflow implementation.\nStrong Python development experience using FastAPI or Django.\nExperience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, pgvector, or similar databases.\nExperience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure API Management, Docker, Git, and CI CD.\nGood understanding of security, observability, scalability, reliability, performance tuning, and production
