across different environments.\nInvestigate and resolve application, infrastructure, and database-related issues.\nMonitor application performance and system health using enterprise monitoring tools.\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution and project delivery.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide recommendations for service improvements.\nEnsure adherence to operational and support processes, including incident and change management.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nApplication & DevOps\nStrong experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\nHands-on experience with Bitbucket and version control practices.\nExperience in application installation, configuration, and environment setup.\nDatabase\nGood knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database.\nExperience in writing queries, troubleshooting database issues, and supporting application data requirements.\nInfrastructure\nGood understanding of infrastructure components, server management, and application hosting environments.\nExperience working in both Linux and
