For the MES Operation & support role, candidate should have sound domain knowledge of Opcenter modules, Integration with PLC , SCADA, SAP.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide L1/L2 production support for the MES (Siemens Opcenter), diagnosing and resolving application issues raised by plant users.\nDiagnose and resolve production issues related to stations, workflows, serial tracking, and product processing.\nTroubleshoot integration issues with ERP, PLC, automation systems, databases, and third-party applications.\nMonitor system health and proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact production.\nCollaborate with Development and Integration to escalate and resolve defects, including root-cause analysis.\nSupport deployments, patches, and configuration changes into DEV, QA, and Production environments.\nMaintain support documentation, knowledge-base articles, and incident records.\nParticipate in onboarding/onsite workshops to build client-specific process knowledge as the team ramps up.\nParticipate in on-call support and critical production incident management.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in application or MES production support, with Siemens Opcenter MES platform.\nSiemens Opcenter EXDS / Camstar MES hands on experiance.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting techniques for enterprise/industrial applications.\nC#/.NET, REACT, Mendix working knowledge.\nWorking experience on Opcenter Log analysis and root cause analysis (RCA).\nWindows Server and IIS administration basics.\nExperience supporting manufacturing environments and coordinating with shop-floor teams.\nFamiliarity with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management practices.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with plant
