Detailed Job Description:

11-14 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in managing Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation programs.
Strong experience in managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud projects across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, and related enterprise applications.
Should have managed multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementation projects including Implementation, Rollouts, Upgrades, Enhancements, and Support engagements.
Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of Oracle programs.
Drive project initiation, requirement discussions, solution reviews, project scheduling, resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management activities.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Lead project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational governance processes.
Experience in managing onsite-offshore delivery models and global project teams.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Track project KPIs, milestones, financials, resource utilization, and overall project health.
