The candidate should have extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, support, and enhancements with deep knowledge in order-to-cash (O2C) processes, pricing, billing, shipping, and customer master management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering SAP SD solutions aligned with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead SAP SD implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.\nAnalyze business requirements and design SAP SD solutions to optimize sales and distribution processes.\nConfigure and support SAP SD functionalities including:\nSales Order Management\nPricing & Taxation\nBilling & Invoicing\nShipping & Delivery Processing\nCredit Management\nReturns & Refunds\nOutput Determination\nCustomer Master Data Management\nWork closely with business users to improve Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.\nIntegrate SAP SD with SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and CRM modules.\nSupport SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration initiatives.\nPrepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP technical teams for custom developments.\nConduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.\nProvide post-go-live support and resolve critical production issues.\nMentor junior consultants and provide end-user training/documentation.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD functional consulting.\nMinimum 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.\nStrong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.\nExtensive experience in pricing procedures, billing, shipping, and sales configuration.\nStrong integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM modules.\nExperience in SAP S/4HANA SD functionalities and best practices.\nKnowledge of IDOCs, interfaces, and third-party system integrations.\nExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently in onsite/offshore delivery environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP SD certification preferred.\nExperience with SAP GTS, CRM, or SAP TM is an added advantage.\nExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nDomain experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or automotive industries preferred.\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.\nMBA / PGDM is an added advantage.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and client interaction skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and
