The role acts as the primary interface between business users, infrastructure teams, packaging teams, and Vector support.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplication Support\nProvide day-to-day support for Vector vCDM application.\nAnalyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.\nMonitor application health and ensure SLA compliance.\nCoordinate with Vector product support for complex issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and document resolutions.\nUser & License Administration\nManage user accounts, roles, and permissions.\nSupport Vector vCDM licensing activities.\nMonitor license utilization and availability.\nTroubleshoot access-related issues.\nInstallation & Deployment\nSupport vCDM client installations.\nAssist package deployment and rollout activities.\nCoordinate software packaging and deployment teams.\nValidate successful deployment after rollout.\nUpgrade & Release Management\nSupport vCDM upgrades and service pack deployments.\nExecute upgrade validation and pilot testing activities.\nCoordinate release qualification and user acceptance validation.\nSupport production rollout activities.\nMaintain application support documentation.\nTechnical Skills
