vendors for case management.\nDrive process improvements and standardization across immigration workflows.\nDevelop SOPs, controls, and governance mechanisms to minimize compliance risks\nAdminister Global Mobility and Immigration Management Systems.\nPartner with IT and business teams for system enhancements, testing, UAT, and new feature deployment.\nIdentify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and employee experience.\nMaintain process dashboards, trackers, and system-generated reports.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and leadership dashboards on visa volumes, case status, compliance metrics, employee population, and immigration risks.\nGenerate workforce mobility reports and executive summaries for management reviews.\nAnalyze trends and provide recommendations for risk mitigation and operational optimization.\nEnsure SLAs and compliance requirements are consistently met.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.\n4 to 6 years of relevant experience in US Immigration.\nStrong understanding of US immigration processes and compliance requirements.\nExperience working with immigration law firms and visa case management.\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience in immigration systems implementation or enhancement
