ensuring quality across the complete SDLC.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead design and development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, and similar frameworks.\nDesign multi agent workflows covering planning, reasoning, state management, memory, tool calling, human review, checkpoints, and failure recovery.\nDesign enterprise RAG solutions using Azure AI Search, vector search, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL with pgvector, and Redis.\nDefine prompt pipelines, embeddings, retrieval strategies, context management, tool integrations, guardrails, and model evaluation.\nConvert architecture into low level designs, component designs, API contracts, data flows, and implementation plans.\nLead Python development using FastAPI or Django, asynchronous programming, APIs, and microservices.\nBuild and deploy solutions using Docker, AKS, Azure Functions, App Service, API Management, Event Grid, and Service Bus.\nImplement CI CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions with automated testing and quality controls.\nDesign secure solutions using authentication, authorization, managed identities, Key Vault, private networking, and content safety.\nEnsure scalability, performance, security, resiliency, observability, and Azure cost optimization.\nLead design reviews, code reviews, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.\nGuide Technical Leads and developers across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nCollaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, security, data, product, and integration teams to manage technical dependencies.\nRequired Skills\nBachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n7 to 10 years of software engineering experience.\nStrong hands on experience in AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, or cloud native solutions on Microsoft Azure.\nStrong experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Agent Service, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, and Azure AI Search.\nExperience with RAG, embeddings, vector retrieval, prompt engineering, context management, model evaluation, and AI guardrails.\nStrong knowledge of multi agent orchestration, state management, memory, tool calling, human review, and failure recovery.\nAdvanced Python development experience using FastAPI or Django, APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservices.\nExperience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, pgvector, Redis, AKS, Azure Functions, App Service, and API Management.\nExperience
