  • Production Engineering / Production Support / Application Operations leadership experience.
  • Strong Program or Project Management experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to IT Operations, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
