Key Responsibilities\nQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Technology or equivalent\nJob Summary\nThe Apriso MES Machine Integrator is responsible for integrating shop floor equipment, PLCs, automation systems, and enterprise applications with the DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES). The role focuses on real-time machine connectivity, data collection, production monitoring, and ensuring seamless communication between manufacturing equipment and business systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement machine integrations with DELMIA Apriso MES.\nConfigure and support communication between PLCs, SCADA systems, machines, and Apriso applications.\nDevelop interfaces using OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, SOAP, TCP/IP, and industrial protocols.\nIntegrate Apriso with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.\nConfigure machine data collection, production tracking, OEE, downtime monitoring, and quality management processes.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, and support procedures.\nTroubleshoot integration issues across MES, automation, network, and database layers.\nParticipate in MES deployment, upgrades, testing, and validation activities.\nCollaborate with manufacturing engineers, automation engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, GxP, FDA, ISO, and cybersecurity requirements where applicable.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Automation, or related field.\n3+ years of experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\nHands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso MES development and configuration.\nExperience integrating manufacturing equipment and PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.).\nKnowledge of manufacturing communication protocols:\no OPC UA/DA\no MQTT\no Modbus\no Ethernet/IP\no Profinet\no SECS/GEM\nStrong SQL and database skills (SQL Server, Oracle).\nExperience with Web Services, REST APIs, XML, JSON, and middleware technologies.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 concepts.\nPreferred Skills\nApriso Process Builder and Business Components.\n.NET, C#, Java, or scripting experience.\nExperience with SAP MII, SAP ME, Ignition, Kepware, or SCADA systems.\nUnderstanding of ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards.\nCloud integration experience (Azure, AWS).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD and DevOps
