The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Workday Recruiting, supporting integrations, managing stakeholder communications, and driving end-to-end recruitment process optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and maintain the Workday Recruiting module based on business requirements.\nConduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions.\nDesign and implement recruiting processes including:\nJob Requisitions\nCandidate Management\nInterview Scheduling\nOffer Management\nBackground Verification\nOnboarding integration\nConfigure business processes, security roles, notifications, reports, and dashboards.\nSupport Workday releases and perform impact assessments for new features.\nCollaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT teams, and external vendors.\nPrepare functional specifications and support system testing (SIT/UAT).\nTroubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.\nWork closely with integration teams on interfaces between Workday and third-party applications.\nCreate and maintain documentation, process flows, and knowledge repositories.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5-8 years of experience in HRMS/HCM applications, with at least 3+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.\nStrong functional expertise in:\nWorkday Recruiting\nCandidate Lifecycle Management\nOffer Management\nTalent Acquisition Processes\nBusiness Process Configuration\nSecurity Configuration\nReporting and Dashboards\nExperience in Workday implementations, enhancements, and support projects.\nKnowledge of integrations with onboarding, background verification, job boards, and third-party recruiting platforms.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience in Agile project environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nWorkday Recruiting Certification (preferred).\nExposure to Workday HCM, Talent Management, or Onboarding modules.\nExperience working with global recruitment processes.\nKnowledge of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and reporting framework.\nKey Competencies\nFunctional Consulting\nBusiness
